USA 2015, Director: John Turner, 78 min., English
In the late 1940s, a mysterious musician appeared in Hollywood. His bejewelled turban, soulful stare and incredible musicianship mesmerised television audiences across America, even as he refused to speak a word during his concert appearances. Korla Pandit supposedly came from New Dehli, the son of a French opera singer and an Indian civil servant, but who was he really? Almost 30 years after his death, John Turner sought and found out the truth behind this incredible man of mystery.
